Gado Ordering Policy
How
to order
Our business hours are 11am-6pm every day,
Pacific Coast Time. We respond to queries by
phone, fax or email. If we are not immediately
available, we will return your message as soon
as possible. Please describe the item (e.g., "old
teak bench") and indicate where on our
website you saw it.
Shipping
Prices do not include shipping charges. Sales
to California residents include 9.25% sales tax.
For shipping options and rates, please contact
us with your items of interest, city, state
and zip code.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards as well as
money orders. We also accept personal checks,
however we will wait to ship your order until
the check clears.
Holds and Layaways
Most items in our store and warehouse can
be placed on hold for 24 hours. We can hold
items on layaway for up to 60 days, with 1/3
of the balance payable at the beginning of
the layaway period, 1/3 due after 30 days, and
the final 1/3 due on pick-up or delivery.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or
store credit within 30 days, less shipping costs and repair
of any damages incurred. All items have a 1-year limited warranty.
All returns are subject
to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible
to ship and insure items returned to Gado
Gado International.
Rentals
We offer rental contracts for the use of our
merchandise, for use in photo shoots, real
estate staging, etc. Terms may vary, please
ask store personnel for details.
