Seated Buddha
This Buddha is a copy of the seated Buddhas in the Borobudur, a large Buddhist temple structure in Central Java dating back to the 7th century AD, and considered one of the 8 wonders of the world. This statue was carved from a block of andesite volcanic rock taken from an age-old stone quarry on the flanks of Mt. Merapi volcano. This statue will be wonderful along a quiet garden path, or in a meditation nook in your home.
